Launch your first city-service market

Walk through CityLead's market setup flow — scoring a market, creating your first page, and publishing it for indexing.

  1. Step 1: In the CityLead command center, go to 'Market Matrix' and click 'Add Market Candidate'.
  2. Step 2: Enter your service niche (e.g. Plumbing) and target city (e.g. Austin).
  3. Step 3: Analyze the validation score based on competitor density and search traffic estimation.
  4. Step 4: Commit the combination to publish the initial validation landing page under an unindexed, closed draft subdomain.
