AI Trust Center

Your manuscript is yours. Always.

Bookloom uses AI to accelerate your nonfiction publishing process — not to replace your voice, claim your work, or train on your content. This page explains exactly how we handle your manuscript, your data, and your intellectual property from first draft to KDP launch.

AI-assisted, not AI-ghostwritten

Bookloom's AI generates drafts, outlines, and suggestions for your review. Every output passes through a human approval gate. You decide what stays, what changes, and what gets cut. The final manuscript reflects your thinking, not the model's defaults.

No training on your manuscripts

Bookloom uses API and infrastructure providers under their applicable data terms. Current provider practices and product configuration determine whether submitted content is retained or used for service improvement; review the Privacy Policy and provider disclosures before submitting sensitive manuscripts.

KDP compliance built in

Bookloom's KDP readiness checks are designed to meet Amazon's current formatting, metadata, and category requirements. We flag issues before you upload so your book passes review and reaches readers without technical delays.

Manuscript content

Chapter drafts, outlines, research notes, and writing you submit or generate inside Bookloom. Access is limited to authorized users and approved providers needed to deliver requested features, subject to the Privacy Policy and provider terms.

Book project data

Reader problem definitions, opportunity briefs, writer persona settings, chapter maps, and workflow stage approvals saved to your account. Used to restore your session and continue your project across devices.

Generated output

AI-assisted drafts, metadata suggestions, publishing package exports, launch asset copy, and readiness check results. Export and deletion options depend on account state, product version, and legal retention requirements.

Account records

Login identity, subscription access tier, saved project index, and support context. Used only to authenticate your session and deliver the workflow you have paid for.

Billing records

Stripe customer IDs, subscription state, invoice status, and webhook event references. Raw payment credentials are never stored on Bookloom servers.
