Pain to outcome
Teams collect keyword data, rank it by volume, and then lose track of it. Without a prioritized action list, nothing gets executed.
Blog posts go live without a content brief tied to a target keyword cluster. Traffic doesn't move because intent alignment is guesswork.
Crawl errors, missing meta descriptions, and slow pages stay unfixed because there's no structured tracking and no owner assigned.
Why buyers convert
Create a dedicated project for each site or client. All keyword data, content briefs, technical tasks, and rank reports live in one place.
Score keywords by opportunity gap, ranking difficulty, and conversion intent so you pursue the terms you can actually win.
Surface keyword clusters your competitors rank for that you don't. Find the winnable gaps before your budget runs out.
Generate structured briefs that include target keyword, intent tier, suggested headings, internal link targets, and word-count benchmarks.
Track crawl errors, Core Web Vitals issues, missing schema, and thin pages in a prioritized fix queue with status tracking.
Identify location-specific keyword opportunities and GBP optimizations for businesses competing in local search results.
Set a weekly or monthly tracking cadence for your target keywords and get progress reports that show movement, not just position.
Send content briefs to your writing workflow, export leads to CityLead, or trigger onboarding tasks — all from within your flight plan.
Export any flight plan, content brief, or keyword report as Markdown or CSV to hand off to writers, developers, or clients.
How it works
Every cloned SaaS should help visitors understand the promise quickly, try the core workflow, and find a paid next step without needing a custom growth strategy from scratch.
01
Enter your domain, target audience, and up to five competitor URLs. RankPilot pulls initial keyword and gap data automatically.
02
RankPilot scores every opportunity by difficulty, intent, and business value and returns a sequenced action list — not a raw keyword dump.
03
Execute content briefs, fix technical issues, and monitor rank movement from a single dashboard. Hand tasks off to other DVGProOS apps when ready.

FAQ
An Search flight plan is a prioritized, sequenced list of Search tasks generated from your keyword research, competitor gap analysis, and technical audit. Instead of giving you a raw list of keywords sorted by volume, RankPilot scores each opportunity by difficulty, intent alignment, and business value — then sequences the work so your team always knows what to do next. Think of it as a sprint backlog for Search, not a data dump.
You provide your domain and up to five competitor URLs. RankPilot identifies the keyword clusters your competitors rank for in positions 1–20 that you are not yet ranking for. It then filters those gaps by estimated difficulty and search intent so you see the winnable opportunities — not just the most popular ones. The output is a gap report you can act on immediately or export for a client presentation.
Each content brief generated by RankPilot includes a primary target keyword, secondary keyword variants, the intent tier (informational, commercial, transactional), a suggested heading structure, recommended word count based on top-ranking pages, internal linking targets from your existing content, and a short summary of what the article must cover to satisfy search intent. Briefs export as Markdown for direct handoff to writers.
You select the keywords you want to track from your flight plan and set a cadence — weekly or monthly. RankPilot checks your position for each keyword on your cadence and shows you movement over time: positions gained, positions lost, and new keywords entering the top 20. Reports highlight which tracked keywords moved after you published a related piece of content, so you can tie execution to outcomes.
RankPilot is part of the DVGProOS operating system. When your flight plan includes local Search actions, you can hand off lead capture tasks directly to CityLead. Content briefs can be exported to your writing workflow. Technical fix tasks can be assigned with context to your development team. Every handoff preserves the project context — keyword target, intent, and priority score — so nothing gets lost in translation between tools.
RankPilot surfaces a prioritized list of technical issues that have the highest impact on crawlability and ranking: missing or duplicate title tags and meta descriptions, pages with thin content below ranking thresholds, broken internal links, missing canonical tags, slow Core Web Vitals scores, missing structured data for eligible content types, and pages returning 4xx or 5xx errors. Each issue is assigned a severity level and linked to its location in your site so you can fix it without a separate audit tool.
