Trust & Privacy
RankPilot is built on a straightforward principle: the keyword research, competitor gaps, content briefs, and rank data you generate inside RankPilot belong to your business — not to us, not to our model providers, and not to any third-party data broker.
Keyword data you pull into RankPilot — including competitor gap analysis and opportunity scores — is stored in your project workspace only. We do not aggregate anonymized keyword data across accounts or use it to inform other users' results.
Rank tracking reflects publicly observable SERP positions at the time of each check. Positions can vary by location, device, personalization, and crawl timing. RankPilot surfaces trend data to show movement over time, not to guarantee exact position claims.
Connected API credentials (Google Search Console, DataForSEO, and others) are encrypted at rest using server-side secrets. Keys are never logged, never returned to the browser after submission, and never shared with third-party services beyond the integration you explicitly configured.
Keyword and gap data
Keywords, search volumes, competitor rankings, and gap analysis results generated inside RankPilot. Access is limited to authorized workspace users and approved providers needed for requested features.
Content briefs
Structured briefs generated from keyword research, including headings, intent classification, and internal-link suggestions. Export availability depends on product version and account state.
Rank tracking records
Target keywords and tracked position history for your domain. Position data is collected from public SERP observations and reflects observable search results at the time of the check.
Connected API credentials
Third-party API keys you provide (Google Search Console, DataForSEO, etc.) are encrypted at rest using server-side secrets and are never returned to the client after initial submission.
Account and billing records
Login identity, subscription tier, invoice history, and Stripe customer reference IDs. Raw payment credentials are never stored — Stripe handles all payment processing.
Usage and project metadata
Project names, task statuses, export history, and feature usage signals used to deliver the product and improve reliability. Not sold or shared with advertising networks.
Legal and search-data notice
Policies control. This page is a transparency summary. The Privacy Policy and Terms of Service govern use of RankPilot™.
Estimates and AI. Keyword, competition, traffic, rank, and content outputs may be sampled, estimated, incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate.
No ranking guarantee. Search engines and data sources change independently. Use does not guarantee indexing, placement, traffic, leads, or revenue.
Publishing responsibility. You are responsible for factual review, originality, disclosures, claims, permissions, and platform policies.
Security and vendors. Safeguards reduce risk but cannot guarantee absolute security. Providers may process inputs needed for requested analyses.
Names and marks. RankPilot™ and DVGProOS™ are claimed trademarks. Third-party marks belong to their respective owners.
Data retention and deletion
Available export and deletion tools depend on the product version and account state. Retention, deletion timing, backups, legal holds, billing records, and credential revocation are governed by the Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, configured integrations, and applicable law.
