LocalLaunch Privacy Policy
This policy explains how DVGProOS collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use LocalLaunch, including its generator, saved projects, exports, resource forms, subscriptions, and hosting features.
Information we collect
We collect account details such as email address; business details and instructions you submit; generated website copy, saved projects, images, and publishing settings; resource-form submissions; support messages; and technical records needed for security and reliability. Stripe processes payment-card information. LocalLaunch stores billing identifiers and subscription status, not complete card numbers.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, generate and save websites, provide exports and hosting, deliver requested resources, process subscriptions, answer support requests, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and improve LocalLaunch. We do not sell personal information.
AI processing
Business briefs may be sent to OpenAI to generate draft website content when AI generation is enabled. Do not submit confidential, regulated, or sensitive personal information. Generated content must be reviewed before publication.
Service providers
LocalLaunch uses Supabase for authentication and application data, OpenAI for optional generation, Stripe for payments, Resend for transactional email, stock-image providers when you request image search, and DVGProOS/IONOS infrastructure for application hosting and operations. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy commitments.
Retention
Account records, saved projects, and published-site settings are kept while the account is active and until deletion is requested or required for operations. Unclaimed guest-preview records expire after 30 days. Resource subscriptions are kept until unsubscribe or deletion. Security and delivery logs are normally kept for up to 90 days. Billing and transaction records may be retained for up to seven years when required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
Your choices
You may update or delete saved projects in LocalLaunch, unpublish hosted sites, unsubscribe from marketing email, and request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information. Some billing or security records may be retained when legally required.
Security and children
We use access controls, encrypted connections, server-side secrets, and row-level database protections. No online system is risk-free. LocalLaunch is intended for business users age 18 or older and is not directed to children.
Changes
We may update this policy as LocalLaunch changes. Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update means the revised policy applies.

Email support@dvgpro.com with “LocalLaunch privacy request” in the subject. We may verify your identity before completing a request.
