AI Trust Center

Know what happens to your LocalLaunch data.

LocalLaunch turns a business brief into an editable website draft. This page explains the providers involved, what is stored, what you control, and where human review is required.

AI usage

OpenAI may receive the business brief to generate website copy. LocalLaunch also has a deterministic fallback so the workflow can remain available without an AI response.

Data and files

Supabase provides authentication, project data, access controls, and image storage. Project rows are restricted to their owner through row-level access rules.

Payments and email

Stripe handles checkout and payment details. Resend or the DVGProOS notification service delivers account and requested-resource email.

Hosting

Published LocalLaunch pages are served through DVGProOS infrastructure hosted with IONOS. You can update, copy the URL, unpublish, or delete a hosted project.

Stock images

Image search runs only when requested. Review image relevance and licensing details before publishing; uploaded images must be yours or authorized for use.

Human review

No generated page publishes by itself. The account owner chooses when to publish and is responsible for verifying every service, claim, credential, review, image, and contact detail.

Business brief

Business name, service area, audience, services, offer, differentiator, tone, phone, email, and chosen brand color.

Generated and uploaded content

Draft website sections, export files, project edits, publishing settings, and images you choose or upload.

Account and support

Email identity, subscription access, saved projects, settings, resource requests, and support messages.

Billing

Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, plan, invoice status, and webhook references. Complete card numbers are handled by Stripe.

Retention

Projects remain until you delete them; unclaimed guest records expire after 30 days; operational logs are normally kept up to 90 days; legally required billing records may be kept up to seven years.

Legal and website notice

Customer control

Your draft stays under your control.
