LocalLaunch Terms of Service
These terms govern access to LocalLaunch, a DVGProOS product. By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the service, you agree to them.
Accounts
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. Prices and included limits are shown at checkout. You may cancel before the next renewal; access continues through the paid period unless stated otherwise. Taxes may apply. Except where law requires otherwise, completed subscription charges are non-refundable, but you may contact support if a billing error occurred.
Generated content and review
LocalLaunch creates editable drafts. You are responsible for reviewing facts, service areas, prices, credentials, testimonials, legal claims, accessibility, consent language, and contact details before use or publication. LocalLaunch does not guarantee search ranking, traffic, leads, revenue, accuracy, or legal compliance.
Your content
You retain ownership of business information, copy, and images you submit. You grant DVGProOS a limited license to process, store, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate LocalLaunch. You must have permission to use all submitted names, logos, reviews, photos, and other materials.
Acceptable use
Do not use LocalLaunch for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, malicious, or privacy-invasive activity; to impersonate others; to publish fabricated credentials or reviews; to distribute malware or spam; or to probe, overload, or bypass service protections. We may suspend activity that creates risk for users, providers, or DVGProOS.
Hosting and exports
Exports are provided for your use and may require adjustment for a chosen host or website platform. DVGProOS hosting is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. You remain responsible for domain settings, published claims, form destinations, privacy notices, consent, and regulatory requirements on the finished site.
Service availability
We may change, limit, or discontinue features and may use third-party providers. Planned maintenance, provider outages, security events, or circumstances outside our control can interrupt service. Beta or starter features may change as the product develops.
Disclaimers and liability
LocalLaunch is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent allowed by law. DVGProOS disclaims implied warranties. To the maximum extent allowed by law, DVGProOS is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for LocalLaunch during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Termination and changes
You may stop using LocalLaunch at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, nonpayment, security risk, or legal necessity. We may revise these terms; material changes will be posted with an updated effective date.
